Orders received by Noon PST ship the same business day.

All DVDs and CDs are shipped USPS Media Mail. All orders leave our facility within 24 business hours. All shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Shipping is free with purchase of $25.00 or more within the 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and internationally will be shipped USPS Media Mail, actual weight.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements:

We stand behind our products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your product is defective or unsatisfactory, please email us to initiate a refund or return and we will provide you with an RMA number. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.

Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If possible, also include the packing slip from your original order. Any products returned without the proper RMA number will be assessed a 20% service and handling fee. RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue. The shipping costs associated with returning products are at the customer’s expense. Please send authorized returns to:

Within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise you will be notified via email and refunded your full purchase price by the method of payment chosen for your original order.

If the product is defective, we will offer a replacement of the same item (dependent upon stock availability) or a product of equal value. When the Returns Department has received your defective product, we will immediately ship your replacement product.
